Immersive and enchanting as playful costumes, the headdresses are also just as beautiful hung on the wall, to add a touch of whimsical charm to any room. They become heirloom pieces long after the dressing up is done.

Materials and Techniques

Illustrated, hand printed and handmade, working from an archive of textiles mindfully sourced from India, or reclaimed from the costume and fashion industry, carefully chosen for their quality and ethos.

Due to the handmade nature of Animalesque creations, there maybe slight discrepancies between each piece. Every one is unique.

Each headdress ties around the head with ribbons, making them adjustable to fit all head shapes and sizes. The owl looks great on both kids and adults.
