Inspiration

Inspired by travels in India, I’ve designed some playful animal treasures for you to snuggle up to, to decorate your home with, and to add to your costume collection.

All items are lined with beautiful Indian block-printed cottons or vintage silk saris, each piece with its own unique charm.

Description

The original peacock headdress is printed in charcoal grey on light blue cotton with a peacock feather crest. Lined with beautiful vintage sari silk and finished with blue satin ribbon.

Fabrics and Techniques

Each piece is illustrated, screen-printed and handmade, working from an archive of sustainable textiles mindfully sourced from India, or reclaimed from the costume and fashion industry.

Size

All birds are made in one size (OS) to fit both kids and adults.

The headdresses tie around your head with ribbons, making them adjustable to fit all head shapes and sizes.

Measurements: 20cm by 13cm. feathers 14cm. Ribbon length 50cm
