The Raven Headdress is printed in a charcoal grey on black satin. Black sequins are nestled into soft black feathers with gold and black button eyes. Lined with black sari silk and finished black satin ribbon.

Materials and Techniques

Each piece is an original Animalesque illustration and design, screen-printed and handmade using a rich combination of textiles surplus from theatre and fashion wardrobes and vintage silk saris, trims, block prints and organic cottons mindfully sourced from India.

Handmade in Cornwall by textile artist Sara Lowes.

This design is made in one size.

Each headdress ties around the head with ribbons, making them adjustable to fit all head shapes and sizes. Made for both kids and adults.
