The Gold Amulet Owl Headdress is hand-printed in charcoal grey on gold. Appliquéd segment of vintage sari trim from Jaipur with gold floral motif. Lined with vintage sari silk. Adorned with pheasant feathers and finished with brown satin ribbon.

This petite style sits elegantly on the front of your forehead like a crown, creating a beautiful owl profile from front and side view.

Materials and Techniques

Illustrated, hand printed and handmade in my Conwall studio, working from an archive of textiles mindfully sourced from my travels, reclaimed from theatre wardrobes, and up-cycled from vintage garments.

Size

The headdress ties around your head with satin ribbons, making it adjustable to fit all head sizes.

Measurements: 13cm by 12cm. Feather length: 21-25cm. Ribbon length 50cm
