The Wedding Owl Headdress is hand-printed in charcoal grey on cream linen. Embellished with a segment of pink vintage sari trim from Jaipur with gold embroidery motif and lined with vintage sari silk. Adorned with natural pheasant feathers and finished with taupe satin ribbon.

Materials and Techniques

Illustrated, hand printed and handmade in my Cornwall studio, working from an archive of textiles mindfully sourced from my travels, reclaimed from theatre wardrobes, and up-cycled from vintage garments.

All one size: The headdresses tie around your head with satin ribbons, making them adjustable to fit all head sizes. 

Measurements: 25cm by 12cm. Feathers 8-17cm. Ribbon length 50cm.
