Delivery and Returns

Within this time, orders from the sale will posted every Friday of the week, so please take this into account before ordering.

· UK Royal Mail First Class - Signed. Flat rate of £4.95
· UK Royal Mail Special Delivery - Tracked. Flat rate £7.30
· International Tracked Service with Royal Mail. Calculated by weight.
Estimated Delivery Times
· The majority of Animalesque products are made to order, and are dispatched within 3 days of purchase.
· Bird headdresses and/or large quantity orders can take 5-7 working days before dispatching. These lead times are shown on each individual product page.
· Please get in touch before ordering if you need something urgently. Some items are kept in stock so next day delivery to UK addresses, and fast track delivery to international addresses can be arranged, .
· Once dispatched, the estimated delivery times are as follows:
UK – 1-3 working days.
Europe – 4-6 working days.
Rest of the world - 5-8 working days.
Shipping times are estimates based upon Royal Mail schedules, and can be longer than stated, especially for international orders.
Order not arrived?
· If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please check your local delivery office, as they may have attempted a delivery when no one was home to sign for it. They should leave a card to notify you in this case.
· If there is still no sign of your package, please get in touch.
. If the parcel is sent to your local delivery office, and is not collected within the stated holding time, the parcel will be returned to Animalesque and it will be the responsibility of the customer to pay for re-postage.
· If you choose Royal Mail UK Special Delivery or International Tracked Service, your tracking information will be sent in an email confirmation. If you haven’t received an email with your tracking information, please get in touch.
· All UK First Class delivery orders sent via Royal Mail require a signature upon delivery, but no tracking details are available.
· Animalesque can accept no liability for orders received late or held at postage depots due to circumstances beyond our control.
Returns and Exchanges
· Animalesque does not offer refunds for items that are not damaged or faulty.
· Animalesque does not offer refunds if the received order corresponds correctly to the order placed.
· If the item that you have received is wrong or faulty, please get in touch within 5 days of receipt to arrange a return and a full refund. The item is the responsibility of the customer until it has returned to Animalesque. Animaleqsue will refund the cost fully once the item has been returned. Animalesque will be responsible for refunding the return postage costs (prior agreed) of up to £15. A receipt of the postage cost will be requested before refunding.
· Any additional postage costs incurred will be at the customer’s expense, unless due to Animalesque error.
· If you would like to exchange your item, please get in touch within 5 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange for a product of the same or higher value. Or we can offer you a credit note to the value of your order to be used at any time.
· All returns must be arranged and dispatched within 5 days of receipt. Returned items will not be accepted if held for more than 5 days after receipt.
· All Animalesque products are unique designs and individually hand-made, so allowances must be made for slight discrepancies.
